Looking for a healthy and light snack? Try making Mixed Millet Bhel
Puri! This recipe uses a mix of ragi, peanuts, amaranth, and millets, combined
with boiled potatoes, tomatoes, onions, lemon juice, and chillies. To make it
extra flavorful, add some chaat masala, moringa powder, and green chutney.
Here's what you'll need:

1 cup mix millet flakes
·
1 cup ragi flakes
·
3 cups puffed rice flakes
·
1/2 cup roasted peanuts
·
1/2 cup amaranth and brown rice namkeen
·
2 tbsp chaat masala
·
3 tbsp black sesame
·
4 boiled potatoes, diced
·
2 chopped onions
·
2 tomatoes
·
4 tbsp lime juice
·
2 tbsp chopped green chilies
·
3 tbsp green chutney
·
Handful of fresh coriander
·
3 tbsp moringa leaves powder
To make the bhel
puri, mix together the millet flakes, ragi flakes, puffed rice flakes, peanuts,
namkeen, and chaat masala in a large bowl.
How to make mixed millet Bhelpuri
1.Take
a bowl and add mix millets, ragi flakes and puffed rice flakes. Now add roasted
peanuts along with amaranth and brown rice namkeen. Sprinkle chat masala and
black sesame in it.

Moisten the mixture with potatoes, tomatoes,
onions, lime juice and green chilies. Mix well.

Later add moringa powder and green chutney and
mix well.
4.Garnish
with coriander leaves and serve it.
Your Mixed Millet Bhel
Puri is now ready to enjoy.
